Return & Exchange Policy RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product 10 days from date of your invoice. Non-defective returned or exchanged products must be new, unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. i.e. not installed, no boxes ripped etc. Any products returned or exchanged with altered wrapping will be refused and returned at your expense. Any markings from installation will not be accepted.  Replacement products (Exchanges) are NOT covered by free shipping policy.  Refunds will be made in the same manner the original payment was taken. There is a 20% re-stocking fee with a minimum charge of $19.00 for all exchanges and refunds.*except for errors on our part or we have determined that the product is defective.*

Steps to follow for a return or an exchange: Please email us at to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. Your RMA number is valid for 7 days. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.**  ** Except error on our part or if we have determined that the product is defective we will gladly refund your original shipping and delivery charge. 

IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. All returns or exchanges are subject to approval and must be shipped pre-paid at your expense. Returns or exchanges shipped COD will NOT be accepted. 

 The following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • electrical components
  • performance parts
  • closeout and clearance products


Tires: returns or exchanges on tires will incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

What is New Condition?

Helmets & Apparel: Any merchandise which has been ridden is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please try on your helmets and apparel indoors. Any merchandise with altered wrapping is considered used and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Parts: Any merchandise which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Any merchandise with altered wrapping is considered used and cannot be returned/exchange.

If you are shipping products such as a helmet, please package them up in a separate box.  It is hard to re-sell a helmet or parts that have shipping labels on the box.  Once we receive the product back, we will inspect it to make sure it hasn’t been used and that no parts are missing and that the original wrapping in not altered.  We will then ship the exchanged item to you at your cost. * Certain exceptions apply.

All Returns & Exchanges must be sent to the address below with an 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We will be happy to help you warranty products that you purchased from us.  All manufacturers and brands have different timeframes, warranty processes and policies.  Most parts are warrantied against manufacturer’s defects. Due to the seasonal nature of the industry, exceptions apply. All warranty without exception is subject to manufacturer’s approval. Products requesting warranty may have to be returned/exchange to the manufacturer for warranty approval, and refunds will only be issued after manufacturer issues credit. Quad Expert is not responsible for any down time, during shipping or manufacturer’s warranty approval process. Any part which is deemed to show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subject to improper handling,  will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. Warranty does not extend to replacement products. Warranty does not extend to labor or installation charges. Quad Expert does not cover any shipping costs related to warranty products; these are the responsibility of the consumer. Please email warranty issues to

Quad Expert shall not be liable for any consequential or incremental damages arising from defective products, breach of any warranties, the failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery in non-conforming condition, or for any other breach of contract or duty between Quad Expert and the customer.


Any damage noted upon receipt of your package must be entered on the delivery slip and co-signed by the transporter. Please take pictures of the damage shipment box

Contact Quad Expert at within 24 hours following the signing of the document to complete a report of the losses or damages incurred. In this case, a claim will be made to the transporter by Quad Expert.


Please contact for any loss or shortages incurred during transportation. We will trace the shipment with the carrier and if the missing parts cannot be found, a claim will made to the transporter by Quad Expert.

  • Quad Expert offers FREE shipping on orders over $99. before taxes within Canada unless we run a special which would be posted on our site for a reduced amount
  • Shipping is not available where the origin or destination point is deemed by our courier to be remote or is not serviced directly by this courier.
  • Large products could incur extra charges for oversized parcel fee. Some examples are: ATV storage boxes, ramps, tires, UTV door kits.
  • Cubed or oversized products could incur extra shipping charges. Some of these products are light weight but large  in dimension. Carriers charge extra dimensional weight fees for the space they occupy. Some examples are: Snowmobile windshields, ATV fairings, snowmobile skid plates.
  • Heavyweight products could incur extra shipping charges. Some examples are: ATV plow kits, wheel kits, oils.
  • Skidded products that can only be shipped by truck could incur extra shipping fees. Examples are: ATV track kits, snowblowers.
  •  Only ground freight is available for orders.
  •  No back orders are accepted.
